Last autumn between an exciting crowdfunding campaign and a retreat full of laughter, they arrived to enrich our teams in London and Turin with their disruptive personality and great sympathy. Who are we talking about? Let's get to know our November Oval Birthdays better 🎉

What would you sing in a karaoke night?
"Modern Love" by David Bowie – as it’s a classic, full of energy.
What’s the strangest talent you have?
Not sure about strangest talent, but I love to cook and eat pies ;)
Which aspect of the team impressed you the most when joining Oval? Why?
The sense of community and commitment from all the team. It was great to start last year meeting the team in Torino in a company-wide retreat, which helped me to get to know everyone on a personal level.

What is your superpower in the workplace?
Someone once told me I’m sweetness driven and I really like that as superpower. In an environment where one faces one challenge after another on a daily basis, the least you can do is always be positive and support your team.
What achievement at Oval are you the most proud of?

It’s a way of saying that along with Oval I am building up my professional path and every day of learning is an achievement itself.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Home, I would go there. It’s like going back to Itaca, a place where you really belong and where your journey ends. Still not defined where mine will be though. Who knows? It might be on Mars in a couple of decades :)

Resilience and stubbornness.
Which aspect of the team impressed you the most when joining Oval? Why?
Coming from a static asset management firm I was impressed by the tangible energy that was steaming out of this very dynamic, thriving and bubbling environment. I immediately perceived the determination to reach high targets and ambitious goals, and this resonated with me straightaway.

"Resistance" by Muse! Its energy is contagious but even more the willingness to fight for what you believe in.
What’s the strangest talent you have?
Wherever I go, strangers start telling me their life stories :D
It could be on the train, at the airport, walking around the city...yes, attracting unknown people is my strangest talent!
Which aspect of the team impressed you the most when joining Oval? Why?
People who are driven by authentic enthusiasm at work and never get tired of helping others. I didn't expect such a cooperative environment. Thanks for being as you are.
