As the youngest person at Oval when he was hired, Diego brought fresh energy to the backend development team.
Now, although no longer the youngest, he still cheers up the office with his revolutionary spirit and his enthusiasm for Rick and Morty!
As a work anniversary present he actually asked for the board game based on said cartoon... but we preferred to dedicate a blog post to him instead!

  1. What was your idea of Oval, before you started? I didn't have any. I was looking for a place to start working and I immediately tried to aim high... it worked!
  2. After a year working with us would you say it was everything you expected it to be? Yes, absolutely!
  3. If you had your chance again would you take the opportunity to work with Oval? Yes, it's definitely the best place I have ever worked for, both for the work environment itself and for my colleagues, who are amazing.
  4. What is your favourite thing to do outside of work? Follow my curiosity.
  5. What is your favourite drink to order at the bar? Whisky or beer if it's talking time, Gin & Tonic if it's party time!
  6. If you could go on holiday anywhere in the world where would it be? I would go to explore planets outside our Solar system.
  7. What is the one thing you couldn’t live without? Oxygen (ED: same answer as his colleague Gas, they work together for a reason!).
  8. What is your degree in? I am still studying computer science at the University of Turin.

9. What did you do before you started with Oval? I was studying and working as a bartender part-time.

10. What’s your dream job? Not having the need to work.

11. What’s your biggest fear? I can't reveal it!

12. What’s your biggest weakness? The lack of superpowers.

13. What’s your favourite quote/line from a movie? “Do not try and bend the spoon, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realise the truth...there is no spoon. Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.” (The Matrix)

14. What did you want to be growing up? A Jedi knight.

15. What would you like to be famous for? To be honest I don't know, I don't think about it.
