If you want to request a money withdrawal from the digital saving account back to your bank account or make a one-time manual deposit to the saving account just use the Oval Agent.
We have devised a number of solutions for you to get in touch with the Oval team and get support whenever you need it.
We also believe you are our champion and take any feedback very seriously will take all of it into account as we grow and improve our products.
1. First you can always visit our help page on Oval website and find answers to the most common questions we receive. We update the page often so be sure to check it out.

3. You can use the support button in the app.
Reaching out to Oval Money Support in 3 simple steps:
- Open Oval Money app.
- Select the “Profile” icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Under your “Profile” click the “HELP AND SUPPORT” button.
Here we are! Tell us how we can help you, and click on send!
Giving feedback to a specific page
Especially if you find something that is not working as you expected, simply shake your phone while you are on that page! In the popup that will appear select “Report a problem” and let us know the issue.
